Service & Appointment Policies

Booking & Deposit Policy

  1. A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure every appointment.

  2. The deposit is applied to your total service cost, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the service.

  3. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is successfully submitted.

Credit Card on File

  1. A valid credit card is required for all online appointment bookings.

  2. By booking, you authorize us to securely store your card on file to be used for:

    • Remaining service payments

    • No-show charges

    • Service addon charges (example: detangling, hair prep, additional length, product add-ons, etc.).

  3. Credit card information is securely encrypted and never shared with third parties.

Cancellation, No-Show & Rescheduling Policy

  1. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of circumstance.

  2. If you cancel your appointment or fail to show up, the deposit is forfeited and cannot be applied to a future appointment.

  3. In the case of an emergency, clients may reschedule using the link provided in their appointment confirmation email. Rescheduling must occur before the appointment time.

  4. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in loss of deposit and may incur applicable service addon charges if relevant.

Late Arrival Policy

  1. Clients are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment.

  2. A 15-minute grace period is allowed.

  3. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes will require the appointment to be rescheduled, and the deposit will be forfeited.

  4. Lost time due to lateness cannot be extended into the next client’s time slot.

Service Expectations

  1. Please arrive with hair clean, detangled, and free of buildup, unless your service includes these addons.

  2. Failure to properly prepare hair may require service addon charges, extended service time, or rescheduling.

  3. Results may vary depending on hair texture, density, and condition.

Health & Safety

  1. Notify your stylist of any allergies, scalp sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your appointment.

  2. We reserve the right to decline service if we believe it may risk your health or the safety of others.

  3. For safety and comfort, children and additional guests are not permitted in the work area unless approved.

Refunds & Adjustments

  1. Due to the nature of hairstyling and braiding services, all sales are final and non-refundable .

  2. If you experience an issue with your style, contact us within 48 hours of your appointment for evaluation.

  3. Complimentary adjustments may be offered at the stylist’s discretion and do not apply to changes in personal preference.

Photos & Media Consent

  1. By receiving services, you grant permission for Braids By Lizzykiss to photograph or record your hair for marketing, social media, and portfolio purposes.

  2. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify your stylist before your appointment begins.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
